Tigernut Butter is a great low-histamine substitute for peanut butter or any nut butter. The taste is a mild peanut butter flavor that pairs perfectly with Honey and Apples. This recipe makes a great quick and easy Low Histamine Snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Tiger Nut Butter Link to recipe provided in Notes below
  • 1 Whole Apple Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Rice Cakes
  • Pinch Salt
  • Honey to drizzle on top

Instructions
 

  • Make the Tiger Nut Butter using the recipe in the notes below.
  • Thinly Slice the Apples.
  • Spread a layer of Tigernut Butter on the rice cakes and top with apple slices
  • Optional to top with a drizzle of Honey
