- 1 Bell Pepper washed
- 1 Cucumber washed
- Fresh Mozzarella
- Rice Cakes
- 1/2 cup Blueberries washed
- 1/4 cup Brazil Nuts Optional to use Roasted and Salted
Wash the veggies
Slice up the veggies
Slice up the mozzarella
Lay out the fruit, veggies, mozzarella, rice cakes, and Brazil Nuts on a platter or charcuterie board
